En este art\u00edculo, te explico los principales tipos de financiaci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo funcionan y d\u00f3nde puedes tramitarlos, para que encuentres la mejor opci\u00f3n para tu idea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Validar la idea de negocio<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de asumir un compromiso financiero, es importante hacer una tarea previa, la <\/span><b>validaci\u00f3n de tu idea de negocio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con tus potenciales clientes. Validar te permitir\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obtener un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feedback<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 para adaptar y mejorar tu producto o servicio a las verdaderas necesidades de tu cliente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ganar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">early adopters<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (personas que se enamoran de tu producto incluso antes de estar acabado).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora s\u00ed, hablemos de c\u00f3mo financiar tu idea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tipos de financiaci\u00f3n\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Friends, Family and Fools (FFF)\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financiaci\u00f3n mediante <\/span><b>pr\u00e9stamo o participaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de capital de amigos, familia y allegados (FFF), es uno de los m\u00e1s usados. Las personas cercanas al emprendedor suelen ser las m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de convencer para apoyar sus proyectos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conseguir financiaci\u00f3n de FFF especialmente en etapa inicial, tiene varias ventajas:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejores condiciones de<\/span><b> devoluci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menos rigidez\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inter\u00e9s bajo o cero inter\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demuestra poder de convicci\u00f3n y genera confianza en caso de que luego vayas a buscar Capital Riesgo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Socio\/a estrat\u00e9gico<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financiaci\u00f3n mediante una alianza con una persona o empresa, que pone sus <\/span><b>recursos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (econ\u00f3micos, contactos, experiencia) a cambio de <\/span><b>participaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en la sociedad o servicios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funciona siempre que el socio que se incorpora venga a complementar las debilidades del proyecto o aporta justo lo que necesita. Hay distintos tipos de sociedades, en todo caso, para este tipo de financiaci\u00f3n es importante redactar un<\/span><b> pacto de socio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde se detalle el acuerdo y todas las variables posibles.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Crowdfunding\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financiaci\u00f3n mediante crowdfunding, consiste en obtener <\/span><b>micro-aportaciones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de muchas personas (mecenas). Ellos ponen sus recursos a cambio de una<\/span><b> recompensa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (producto, servicio, alg\u00fan valor o algo simb\u00f3lico), por un tiempo determinado a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma online.\u00a0 Es una v\u00eda que adem\u00e1s te permite validar el <\/span><b>proyecto <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a bajo coste<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y medir el grado de inter\u00e9s o aceptaci\u00f3n de tu <\/span><b>producto o servicio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de hecho es una de las v\u00edas que suelo recomendar para validar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las plataformas de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">crowdfunding<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u00e1s populares son: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.verkami.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verkami<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.ulule.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ulule<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kickstarter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanzanos.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lanzanos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br \/><br \/><br \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Business Angels<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los <\/span><b>business angels <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son inversores privados que inyectan<\/span><b> capital <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a cambio de participaci\u00f3n, los emprendedores (fundadores) negocian directamente los l\u00edmites y lo que est\u00e1n dispuestos a ceder. Tambi\u00e9n suelen ofrecer sus<\/span><b> contactos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>experiencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">know how<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) y <\/span><b>mentor\u00eda <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al proyecto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contar con un business angel del sector o de renombre, suele traer consigo adem\u00e1s efectos tales como, mejora en la reputaci\u00f3n, la confianza y hasta un efecto domin\u00f3 -otros inversores apuestan a la startup solo porque ya han invertido otros).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Capital privado o riesgo<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>Capital privado o riesgo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consiste en aportaciones de<\/span><b> recursos privados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a cambio de participaci\u00f3n temporal en las distintas etapas de vida de las startups. Muy frecuente en <\/span><b>startups tecnol\u00f3gicas o de innovaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, esta inversi\u00f3n suele venir acompa\u00f1ada de otros recursos como <\/span><b><i>know how<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, atracci\u00f3n de<\/span><b> talento, credibilidad, contactos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>mentor\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El objeto de este capital es contribuir a su crecimiento, desarrollo y expansi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen dos tipos:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) <\/span><b><i>Venture capital<\/i><\/b><b> (capital semilla): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se hace la inversi\u00f3n en<\/span><b> fase inicial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Suelen ser cantidades no elevadas pero con mayor riesgo. Venture capital puede dividirse a su vez en:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capital semilla: inversi\u00f3n temprana con servicio \/ producto por lanzar y sin ventas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capital arranque: inversi\u00f3n para constituci\u00f3n, registro, web, local\u2026 y puesta en marcha de la empresa. EBITDA negativo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other early stage: cuando en fase m\u00e1s avanzada recibe financiaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b)\u00a0 <\/span><b><i>Private equity (capital crecimiento):<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la inversi\u00f3n se hace en<\/span><b> fase de consolidaci\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/spaincap.org\/quienes-somos\/organizacion\/socios\/gestor\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SPAIN CAP <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podr\u00e1s consultar las empresas de capital de riesgo que operan en Espa\u00f1a. \u00a0 <\/span><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><br \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Financiaci\u00f3n bancaria\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La<\/span><b> financiaci\u00f3n bancaria <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se tramita a trav\u00e9s de entidades bancarias a cambio de un <\/span><b>inter\u00e9s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> espec\u00edfico, que debe ser devuelto en un plazo determinado. En general, suelen obtenerse de forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida que el resto de financiaciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las startups y emprendedores pueden optar por<\/span><b> pr\u00e9stamos<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ico.es\/web\/ico\/ico-empresas-y-emprendedores\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICO<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0 quien presta el dinero y pone las condiciones. El importe m\u00e1ximo es de 12,5 millones en una o varias operaciones. En este tipo de financiaci\u00f3n participan tres partes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito Oficial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La entidad de cr\u00e9dito\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\/la solicitante<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el <\/span><b>microcr\u00e9dito <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cada entidad maneja sus importes m\u00e1ximos y condiciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los pr\u00e9stamos de MicroBank de La Caixa espec\u00edficos para emprendedores, son con los que he tenido mayor experiencia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Microcr\u00e9dito negocio\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para emprendedores en etapa inicial del proyecto. <\/span><b>Se solicita plan de empresa.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otorgan hasta 30.000\u20ac por emprendedor\/a, un m\u00e1ximo de 60.000\u20ac por proyecto (dos asociados), financiaci\u00f3n del 100% o con aporte del 5%, inter\u00e9s fijo 7,65% TAE y 7,40% TIN, 6 meses de carencia,\u00a0 hasta 6 a\u00f1os de amortizaci\u00f3n y sin garant\u00eda real.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Microcredito crecimiento\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para negocios que quieren ampliarse y crecer.\u00a0 Se solicita plan de empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importe m\u00e1ximo 50.000\u20ac, carencia de 6 meses, amortizaci\u00f3n hasta 6 a\u00f1os, tipo de inter\u00e9s fijo y sin garant\u00eda real.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Microcr\u00e9dito innovaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para proyectos innovadores y disruptivos en fase semilla donde haya <\/span><b>innovaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el proceso o el producto y que est\u00e9 desarrollando <\/span><b>prototipo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Se solicita plan de empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otorgan hasta 50.000\u20ac, se exige un aporte del 20%, inter\u00e9s fijo 7,65% TAE y 7,40% TIN, 24 meses\u00a0 de carencia, hasta 7 a\u00f1os de amortizaci\u00f3n y sin garant\u00eda real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ayudas o Subvenciones<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las <\/span><b>\u00a0ayudas o subvenciones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se otorgan sin obligaci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>reembolso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o contraprestaci\u00f3n alguna. Solo se exige el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en las convocatorias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los importes var\u00edan seg\u00fan el objeto y sector de cada programa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se valora el tipo de proyecto y el perfil <\/span><b>emprendedor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su tramitaci\u00f3n demora de 6 meses a 1 a\u00f1o y comprende las siguientes fases: <\/span><b>convocatoria- presentaci\u00f3n de solicitud y documentaci\u00f3n- resoluci\u00f3n- desembolso- justificaci\u00f3n &#8211; cierre.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.creatuempresa.org\/es-ES\/PasoApaso\/Financiacion\/Paginas\/Financiacion.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> podr\u00e1s consultar las <\/span><b>ayudas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e incentivos de Espa\u00f1a y consultar sobre otros recursos para pymes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Financiaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la <\/span><b>financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los <\/span><b>importes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dependen de los ministerios y organismos que los otorgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se valora el tipo de proyecto y el sector.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se exigen <\/span><b>garant\u00edas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pero s\u00ed que la sociedad est\u00e9 constituida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se solicita plan de empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos de los m\u00e1s conocidos, son:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.enisa.es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enisa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofrece <\/span><b>pr\u00e9stamos participativos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sin garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se solicita de enero a junio\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se reparte cronol\u00f3gicamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofrece varios instrumentos:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enisa<\/span><b> j\u00f3venes emprendedores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (m\u00e1ximo 40 a\u00f1os) hasta 75.000\u20ac con una aportaci\u00f3n dineraria de 50% para proyectos de reciente constituci\u00f3n;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
